Experience/Qualifications
~I have taken vocal lessons for 8 years and I am currently a first year Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance major.~My range is approximately from a Eb3 to C6.~I have experience singing pop, rock, metal, alternative, ballads, classical, folk songs, arias, musical theatre, and some rap.~I can sing in English, Korean, Italian, German, Latin, and a bit of French.

Vocal Lessons

~Lessons can be done through discord, zoom, or skype.~Lessons must be arranged in advance to ensure I am available. Please also let me know what times and days you are available. (MST/MDT is preferable. PST and EST are also fine.)~If you have specific goal or repertoire that you would like to work with me on, please let me know when booking your lesson so I can prepare accordingly.~Rate: $25/hr (USD)
(*lessons do not have to be an hour long)

Theory and Musicianship Skills Sessions

~Rate $10/30 min
*reduced rates may apply for group sessions.

~Sessions can be based on Theory, Musicianship Skills, or custom topics from either (you can choose the topic or join a prescheduled session)

~Theory generally covers how things work and the technical aspects of music while Musicianship skills covers more of the application of how you use this knowledge in practice.

~Theory sessions can cover:
-Identifying notes on a keyboard
-Reading music, treble clef, bass clef, (and tenor/alto clef if requested)
-Reading rhythms and notes
-Important musical terms, symbols, and vocab
-Accidentals and Key signatures
-Identifying intervals(both size and quality)
-Scales and modes
-Parallel and Relative keys
-Writing music
-Basic Chords(triads) in Major and Minor Keys
-Basic Chords(7 chords) in Major and Minor Keys
-Quality and inversions of chords

Musicianship Skills sessions can cover:
-Strategies for sight-reading
-Ear-training
-Reading rhythms
-Identifying simple intervals
-Identifying difficult intervals
-Transcribing music
-Strategies for identifying a key
-Strategies for analyzing songs
-Reading and playing music using commercial chord symbols

Instrumental Commissions

~If any audio produced by me is being used for commercial use, please let me know in advance and consult with me in regards to proper crediting/royalties if applicable.~Please credit me when posting my audio (a simple "Audio by Sylva Lane" in the graphics of a video or in a description along with a credit link works, contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this)

~Rates are determined by complexity and length in correlation with my familiarity with a genre, as such, my rates are categorized by length and genre/vibe of the audio.~If you would like something that does not easily fit into the general rates in my table below, please contact me in regards to a custom order(this can be in terms of length, genre, certain instruments you would like used, special requests(ie, a certain key, audio samples, or predetermined chord progression), etc) and we can work out a cost that fits your request(the cost will still be based on these same criteria, so unless the request is much longer or more complex than the options listed below, it will likely be a similar price)~Rates may fluctuate depending on genre, please inquire for specific genres~Lengths may also fluctuate depending on the tempo and phrasing~Some categories have wider ranges of lengths than others, prices may fluctuate within categories due to this.

~input/modification sessions can be set up if you would like to voice/video call either while I am producing the audio to give input or to modify the audio after I have sent you the initial draft. These sessions have an additional cost of $7.5/hr for input sessions and $15/hr for modification sessions(as this is additional time added after the initial time taken to produce the draft)*note that these sessions do not need to be an hour long!(ie. a 20 min modification session would only be $5).
